1. Who we are

BridgeCorp Intervia Private Limited ("BridgeCorp", "we", "us") is a remote-first business process outsourcing company registered in India, providing language interpreter support, customer service, back-office operations and technical support primarily to clients in the United States, and to selected clients in the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia.

For personal data collected through this website, BridgeCorp is the data controller.

Note for review: Because BridgeCorp is established outside the UK and EU but offers services to organisations there, you may be required to appoint a representative under Article 27 of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Confirm this with your legal adviser and either complete the row above or remove it.

2. When we are a controller, and when we are a processor

This distinction matters, and it is the part most often misunderstood, so we will be explicit.

We are a controller for our own website and business contacts

When you fill in a form on this site, email us, or talk to us about becoming a client, we decide what to do with that information. This policy governs that data.

We are a processor for our clients' data

When we deliver services — handling calls, emails, records or interpreter scheduling on behalf of a client — we act on that client's documented instructions. They remain the controller. We do not decide what is collected, why, or how long it is kept.

If you are a customer, patient or employee of one of our clients and want to exercise a right over your data, please contact that organisation directly. We will support them in responding, but we cannot act on your request without their instruction. Those engagements are governed by a signed Data Processing Agreement, not by this page.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

Through the contact form on this site we collect: first and last name, work email address, company name, country, the service you are interested in, expected team size, and whatever you write in the free-text field. You choose what to put in that last one, so please do not include sensitive personal data, patient information, or your own clients' confidential details in an initial enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website.

Information from recruitment

If you apply for a role with us, we collect the details in your application and CV. Recruitment data is handled separately from client enquiries and is covered by [link to recruitment privacy notice, or describe here].

4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. Each processes data on our instructions.

ProviderWhat it doesWhere
FormspreeReceives and delivers contact form submissionsUnited States
NetlifyWebsite hosting, content delivery and server logsUnited States
Google FontsServes the typeface used on this site; receives visitor IP addressesUnited States
GoDaddyBusiness email and domain registrationUnited States

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

6. International transfers

Most of the people who contact us are in the United States. Because our team is based in India and some of our providers are in the United States, the personal data you give us is processed in India and the United States, and may be transferred outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area.

For visitors and clients in the UK or EEA, where we transfer personal data out of the UK or EEA we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where appropriate. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing us.

7. How long we keep it

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session tracking or fingerprinting, and we do not store anything in your browser's local storage. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

Two things are still worth knowing. Fonts are currently requested from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Images and video are served from third-party content networks, which receive the same. We are moving these onto our own infrastructure.

If we ever introduce analytics, we will update this section and add proper consent controls before doing so.

9. How we protect it

Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. Our operational security controls — device standards, access management, confidentiality agreements and incident response — are described on our Security & Compliance page.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data and is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Email privacy@bridgecorpcommunication.com and we will respond within 45 days (within one month for UK and EU requests). There is no charge.

If you are a United States resident, your specific rights depend on your state. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA — to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Comparable rights apply in states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas, and we honour verifiable requests wherever you live in the US.

If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In the EEA, you can complain to your national supervisory authority. In India, rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 can be raised with our privacy contact above.

11. Changes and how to contact us

We will update this policy when our practices change, and the date at the top will tell you when it last happened. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
